Returns & Refunds

All Petalore jewelry is handcrafted to order. Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@petalore.com with photos of the issue. We will send a replacement at no additional cost.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you.

Lost Packages

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package or send a replacement.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, production may have already begun and cancellation may not be possible.
