Are the earrings lightweight?

Yes! Most of our earrings weigh under 3 grams per pair — you'll barely feel them.

Will the colors fade?

We use high-quality colorfast threads. With proper care (avoiding prolonged water or direct sunlight), your pieces will keep their color for years.

Are the earring hooks safe for sensitive ears?

Absolutely. We use only 925 sterling silver or surgical-grade stainless steel (316L) hooks. They are nickel-free and hypoallergenic.

Can I request a custom color or flower type?

We love custom requests! Message us with your idea and we'll let you know if it's possible.

Can I buy in bulk for events or gifts?

Yes! We offer small quantities for weddings, bridal showers, and corporate gifts. Contact us for details.

How should I care for my crochet jewelry?

Store in the pouch provided, away from moisture and direct sunlight. Avoid contact with water, perfume, and hairspray. If a piece gets slightly bent, gently reshape with your fingers. For the metal ear hooks, polish with a soft jewelry cloth. With basic care your piece will last for years.

How much does shipping cost?

Orders $49 and above ship free to the US, Canada, UK, Europe, Australia & New Zealand. Below $49, standard shipping is $4.99 (US/CA/UK) or $6.99 (EU/ANZ). Other international destinations are a flat $8.99, free over $79. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.

How long does shipping take?

Each piece is handmade to order (3-5 business days crafting time). Delivery typically takes 7-14 days for North America, 10-20 days for Europe/UK, and 12-25 days for other regions.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 7 days with photos and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.
