How small are your micro crochet pieces?

Our tiniest pieces are about 5–8 mm across—smaller than a fingernail. Earring pairs are approximately 2–4 cm in total length including the hook.

Are the earrings lightweight?

Yes. Most pairs weigh under 5 grams; exact dimensions and weight are listed on each product page.

Will the colors fade?

We use colorfast thread. To preserve the color, avoid prolonged contact with water, perfume, hairspray, and direct sunlight.

What materials are used for the earring hooks?

Hook material varies by product or option and is listed on the product page. Available materials include 925 sterling silver and 316L stainless steel. If you have a known metal sensitivity, review the listed material before ordering.

Can I request a custom color or flower type?

We welcome custom requests. Email hello@petalore.com with your idea and we will confirm what is possible.

Can I buy in bulk for events or gifts?

We offer small quantities for weddings, bridal showers, and corporate gifts. Contact us for details.

How should I care for my crochet jewelry?

Store it in the provided pouch away from moisture and direct sunlight. Avoid water, perfume, and hairspray. If a piece bends slightly, reshape it gently with your fingers. Polish metal hooks with a soft jewelry cloth.

How much does shipping cost?

Orders over $49 ship free to the United States, United Kingdom, and Europe. Orders over $59 ship free to Canada and other international destinations. Below the threshold, standard shipping is $4.99 (US, Canada, UK, and Europe), $7.99 (Australia and New Zealand), or $8.99 (rest of world). The final charge is shown at checkout. How long does shipping take?

Each piece is made to order in 5–7 business days. Estimated delivery after dispatch is 6–12 business days for the United States and Canada, 8–15 business days for the United Kingdom and Europe, 10–18 business days for Australia and New Zealand, and 10–20 business days elsewhere.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

No. Every piece is handcrafted to order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
