How small are your micro crochet pieces?

Our tiniest pieces are about 5–8 mm across—smaller than a fingernail. Sizes vary by style. Each product page lists the exact size, including the hook.

Are the earrings lightweight?

Yes. Most pairs weigh under 5 grams; exact dimensions and weight are listed on each product page.

Will the colors fade?

We use colorfast thread. To preserve the color, avoid prolonged contact with water, perfume, hairspray, and direct sunlight.

What materials are used for the earring hooks?

All our ear hooks and posts are 925 sterling silver. Each product page lists the exact materials. If you have a known metal sensitivity, review the listed material before ordering.

Can I request a custom color or flower type?

We welcome custom requests. Email hello@petalore.com with your idea and we will confirm what is possible.

Can I buy in bulk for events or gifts?

We offer small quantities for weddings, bridal showers, and corporate gifts. Contact us for details.

How should I care for my crochet jewelry?

Store it in the provided pouch away from moisture and direct sunlight. Avoid water, perfume, and hairspray. If a piece bends slightly, reshape it gently with your fingers. Polish metal hooks with a soft jewelry cloth.

How much does shipping cost?

Orders of US$79 or more after discounts qualify for free standard shipping to destinations we ship to. Below this threshold, rates are US$4.99 (US, Canada and UK), US$5.99 (Europe), US$6.99 (Australia and New Zealand), or US$8.99 (other supported destinations). How long does shipping take?

Each piece is made to order in 5–7 business days. Estimated delivery after dispatch is 6–12 business days for the United States and Canada, 8–15 business days for the United Kingdom and Europe, 10–18 business days for Australia and New Zealand, and 10–20 business days elsewhere.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

No. Every piece is handcrafted to order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
