Processing time
Every Petalore piece is handcrafted to order. Please allow 5–7 business days for your order to be made and prepared for shipping.
Shipping rates
Free standard shipping is available on orders over $49 to the United States, United Kingdom, and Europe, and on orders over $59 to Canada and other international destinations.
For orders below the free-shipping threshold:
- United States & Canada: $4.99
- United Kingdom: $4.99
- Europe: $4.99
- Australia & New Zealand: $7.99
- Rest of world: $8.99
The final shipping charge for the selected destination is shown at checkout before payment.
Estimated delivery after dispatch
- United States & Canada: 6–12 business days
- United Kingdom & Europe: 8–15 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 10–18 business days
- Rest of world: 10–20 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of customs processing or local postal services. Tracking information will be emailed when the order ships.
Customs and import charges
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
Returns, exchanges, and order problems
Because every Petalore piece is handcrafted to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact hello@petalore.com within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos. We will send a replacement at no additional cost.
Lost packages
If a package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us. We will work with the carrier to locate it or send a replacement when appropriate.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, production may have begun and cancellation may no longer be possible.
